How a job runs

The order of operations is the whole job.

Abatement is a regulated sequence, and most of what goes wrong on a project goes wrong between the steps rather than inside one. Here is what we run, on every scope.

  1. 01

    Scope

We work from your inspection report, or arrange the survey. The scope reflects what the regulation requires, not the worst case.

  2. 02

    Notify

Notifications go in early. Federal and state waiting periods are the single most common reason an abatement start slips.

  3. 03

    Contain

Enclosure, decontamination unit and negative air under HEPA filtration, with pressure differential monitored throughout.

  4. 04

    Remove

Wet removal into sealed, labelled units. The building around the containment carries on operating.

  5. 05

    Clear

Third-party air clearance, teardown, manifested disposal, and a documentation package that closes the file.

Leadership

Twenty-five years of the hardest jobs in the industry.

ecoservices was founded by Linda DeNenno, whose career includes Fresh Kills Landfill following 9/11, anthrax cleanup in Boca Raton, and demolition of launch systems at Cape Canaveral. That is the standard the company was built to.

Have a scope? We'll price it.

Send drawings, an inspection report or a description of the problem. If you already have an assessment we can usually turn an estimate around from it directly.
