Deep Cleaning Decontamination Services
Whole-building and equipment decontamination where ordinary janitorial cleaning is not the right instrument.
Some cleaning problems are not cleaning problems. Settled dust in a plant that has been characterised as hazardous, a building that has to be turned over clean after an industrial process ends, a wing that has to reopen to the public — these need containment, HEPA equipment, waste handling and a documented result, which is a different trade from janitorial.
Scope of work
- 01
Characterise
Establish what is actually present and therefore what the waste stream and the personal protective equipment need to be.
- 02
Isolate
Contain the area, protect equipment and surfaces that are staying, and control access for the duration.
- 03
Decontaminate
HEPA vacuum and wet-wipe methodically from the top down, including overhead structure, deck and equipment surfaces that routine cleaning never reaches.
- 04
Verify and hand back
Visual inspection against the agreed standard, sampling where the spec requires it, and a documented turnover.
The regulations that govern it
General guidance on the standards that apply to this kind of work. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and by project — confirm the specifics for yours before you rely on them.
- Waste characterisation drives disposal: RCRA determines whether material is hazardous.
- OSHA respiratory protection and hazard communication standards apply throughout.
- Where the contaminant is a listed substance, its own standard governs the method.

Send drawings, an inspection report or a description of the problem. If you already have an assessment we can usually turn an estimate around from it directly.
