Demolition Services
Selective interior demolition and full structural demolition, sequenced behind abatement.
Demolition and abatement belong to the same conversation. Federal rules require regulated material to come out before a structure comes down, and a demolition contractor who discovers asbestos mid-job has stopped work. Handling both under one contract removes the seam where most demolition schedules fail.
Scope of work

Pre-demolition survey
Identify regulated material before anything is touched. NESHAP requires a thorough inspection prior to demolition, and it applies whether or not asbestos is found.

Abatement
Remove regulated material under containment so the structure is clean before the machines arrive.

Utility disconnection and protection
Confirm disconnections, protect adjacent structures, and set up dust and noise control appropriate to the surroundings.

Demolition
Selective interior demolition where the building stays, or structural demolition where it does not, with debris segregated as it comes down.
- 05
Site restoration
Debris removal, recycling where the stream supports it, backfill and grading to leave the site in the agreed condition.

- OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart T governs demolition operations.
- Local permitting, and in Philadelphia a considerably stricter demolition regime, applies on top.
